The short version

  • Who holds your data. Nobel Medical LLC, trading as Medical Cert UK, a Delaware company serving people in the United Kingdom, registered with the ICO under number ZC112101.
  • What we collect. Your contact details, the health information you provide, any event form you upload, and basic website analytics.
  • Why we can process health data. It is special category data. We rely on Article 9(2)(h) of the UK GDPR, processing for the provision of health care by clinicians bound by professional confidentiality.
  • Who sees it. The GMC-registered clinician reviewing your request, and the providers who host our systems and take payment. We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not contact your event organiser. You decide whether to submit your certificate.
  • Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or object to how we use it. Clinical records cannot always be erased, and we will explain why if that applies.
  • UK Representative. GDPRLocal Ltd is our appointed representative under Article 27 of the UK GDPR. You can contact them at contact@gdprlocal.com or through their privacy request page instead of contacting us.
  • Complaints. Contact us first, then the Information Commissioner's Office if you remain unhappy.
